"Easy drive-thru win"
Stopped by for a quick drive-thru dinner tonight and it was a solid experience. The line moved faster than I expected, and the food was hot when I got it. No complaints from me

"A Bit Too Hit or Miss Lately"
I used to have Panda Express as one of those easy go-to meals when I didn’t feel like cooking. The other night, I ordered my usual and the orange chicken was great, hot, crispy, and exactly what I was craving. So naturally, I ordered again a few days later expecting the same thing, but this time it showed up soggy and kind of cold. The rice has been the same way too, sometimes dry, other times mushy. Even the portions feel different from visit to visit. When it’s good, I still really enjoy it, but lately it feels like a gamble every time I order

"Online order still took too long"
I ordered ahead on the website thinking it would save some time, but the weird part is my food still wasn’t ready when I got there. On top of that, one of the items was missing. The staff did fix it, which I appreciated, but it took a while and kind of defeated the whole point of ordering online in the first place.

I like Panda Express, but the site keeps showing stuff my store doesn’t even have. Tried ordering twice and half the options were gone. Super annoying when you’re already hungry.

"Honestly, I Regret Buying It"
I really wanted to like this, but wow, it was such a letdown. For what I paid, I expected way more, and instead I was just sitting there wondering why I even bothered. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.

"Ordering Ahead Was More Frustrating Than Just Walking In"
I ordered on pandaexpress for pickup because it said my food would be ready quickly. When I got there, I still ended up waiting about another 25 minutes, and people who were just ordering in line were getting their food before me. I get that the staff was busy, but when I asked about it, the response kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of just getting a simple explanation. The food was fine once I finally got it, but the whole point of ordering ahead is to save time. I probably won’t bother doing pickup again if it’s actually slower than just walking in.

"Menu feels repetitive and no one seems to own it"
The menu just doesn’t have much variety anymore, so it gets boring quickly. I’ve mentioned it before, but it feels like nobody really takes ownership or follows up on the feedback. It’s a shame because I used to enjoy having more options.

"Hit the Spot"
Grabbed Panda Express it just felt like a solid choice. The food was still nice and hot by the time I got home, and the rice and orange chicken tasted fresh enough to me. Nothing fancy, but my gut says it was exactly what I was craving. No complaints at all.

Stopped by Panda Express for a quick dinner and the staff was super nice. The lady at the counter smiled, answered my question about what was spicy, and didn’t make me feel rushed even though there was a line behind me, which I always think is a good sign somehow. The food was good, pretty much what I expect from Panda, nothing amazing, but still hit the spot. I took off a star because the tables weren’t the cleanest, although I guess it was busy so maybe that’s just how it goes. Overall I’d go back.

"A Truly Forgettable Bite"
Tried it wow—nothing says “great meal” like food that tastes old, soggy, and somehow still manages to have almost no flavor. Definitely not something I’d go back for.

It’s easy to find the calorie info, which I appreciate, but the allergen details can be kinda confusing sometimes. I wish they’d make that part a little clearer.

"I paid online and was charged right..."
I paid online and was charged right away, but there ended up being some kind of issue with my order, so I asked for a refund. It took a few days to show back up on my card, so it maybe wasn’t the fastest process, but it did come through in the end. Support was okay overall.

"Decent food, but smaller portions than expected"
The food tasted fine and pretty much like usual, but the portion felt a bit small this time. I got a bowl and it wasn’t filled up much, mostly rice with not a lot of meat. For the price, I was expecting a little more. It wasn’t terrible, just not as filling as it used to be. A friend had recommended I come back because they usually give good portions, so I was a little disappointed.

I ordered Panda Express for delivery and it got here a bit later than the estimated time. The food was still warm, but the orange chicken were kind of soggy, and they forgot one of the sauces. The driver was fine and most of the order was right, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just nothing special this time.

"Pretty good overall"
The food was actually good, like it usually is. The orange chicken had a nice flavor, and the chow mein was warm and not too dry. I’m giving 4 stars because a few pieces were a little chewy, but overall it tasted good and I’d order again

"pretty good customer service"
Had an issue with my Panda Express order, so I messaged customer service and they got back to me faster than I expected. They didn’t make it a whole big hassle or anything, which I appreciated. The person was nice and actually seemed to Read what I wrote, not just send some random copy-paste reply. Mistakes happen, but they handled it well. I'd order from them again.

"Got the Wrong Order"
I was disappointed because they gave me the wrong food. I’ve ordered from other places where mistakes happen, but usually they catch it or fix it quickly. This time it was just frustrating because I was really looking forward to what I actually ordered.

"Those free bowls really do add up"
I’ll give them credit, the free bowl rewards actually build up quickly, which is more than I can say for a lot of places that make you jump through hoops for a tiny discount. I wasn’t expecting much, but after a few visits I had enough for a free bowl, so that was a nice surprise.

"Decent food, but the messy dining area was hard to ignore"
I stopped in hoping for a quick, easy meal, and the food itself was okay. Nothing amazing, but it did the job. The experience got a little less enjoyable once I sat down, though. I had to walk past a few tables that still had crumbs and sauce on them, and the floor near the drink station was sticky enough that I noticed it right away. The staff looked busy, so I understand they may have been short on time, but it made the place feel kind of uncomfortable to eat in. I probably would’ve had a better impression if the dining area had been cleaner.

"Nice spot, just a little loud"
The tables were clean and the whole place had a chill vibe. It did get a bit noisy around lunch, but it was still comfortable enough to sit and eat. Whoever runs this could maybe do something about the noise, but overall it was a decent experience

“Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.”
